Implement -(BOOL)webView:(UIWebView*)webView shouldStartLoadWithRequest:(NSURLRequest*)request navigationType:(UIWebViewNavigationType)navigationType
Then you can do something like this :

NSURL* url = [request URL];
if (UIWebViewNavigationTypeLinkClicked == navigationType)
{
    [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:url];
    return NO;
}
