Why cant i enable hyper-v in windows 10 pro which is installed in my oracle virtual box?

Hyper-v hypervision is greyed out under hyper-v platforms . Is it because windows is in vmbox ? oracle vmbox is insalled in my ubuntu 18.04 lts. My cpu is i5 5200U
