UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x90 in position 23: character maps to on launching anaconda prompt

Question

When I open my anaconda prompt, it returns me this error:

Fatal Python error: init_import_size: Failed to import the site module
Python runtime state: initial
