Get-AutomationVariable in SetScript Block Retrieve current value without recompiling - DSC Node Configuration - Azure Automation

Question

I am testing the following node configuration. The issue is the Get-AutomationVariable gets the value of the the variable "TestVar" which was set at compile time.<
