How can I ensure that user uploaded photos from multer-s3 have the correct orientation when displayed on my application?

I have a web application (uses Node.JS, Express, MongoDB, and Pug) that allows users to upload a user photo. Any photo that I take of myself using my iPhone gets rotated on
