'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine on 64bit OS

I have a 32bit Office 2007 installed on Windows 10 64 bit, the issue is that if I try to install Access runtime from this link it says I have not installed any 64-bit office
