Does anyone have a Microsoft link for Remote Desktop Connection Manager 2.2 (pre 2.7)

Question

I use RDCMan extensively and 2.7 removed the password view feature. Is there a safe link to get this package ? I cannot find it on the Microsoft Downloads site.
