Igraph (R) - Create ego graphs or equivalent from shortest paths edges within a network

Question

I have a network consisting in 19 nodes and 107 edges. It´s DIRECTED and WEIGHTED, and all the network is interconnected.

Weight is measured not in Km but in "ef
