Why does the default Android Studio's keymap for “Complete Current Statement” (Ctrl+Shift+Enter on Windows) work in a strange way?

As far as I know, the "Complete Current Statement" in Android Studio is supposed to do exactly what it says, complete current statement or line. In my case so far
