ILogger Add Properties not within MessageTemplate (Serilog)

Question

I am running a Blazor WASM Hosted application using Serilog.Sinks.BrowserHttp on the Client and Serilog.AspNetCore.Ingestion and Serilog.Sinks.MSSqlServer on the Server.
