Build-xml Ant Compile Tag produces Errors in Context with unmappable character for encoding UTF-8

Question

I want to convert a Windows Text File (FromTextFile) to another Windows Text File (ToTextFile).

In the FromTextFile I look for a Char and do somesting with the Line.
