For Online Excel ( office.com ) , Field to upload Manifest - “Choose your add-in manifest” is Non Editable

During Test Automation ,We are facing the below issue

• We open a new Workbook in Online Excel
• We click on Insert Tab -- Office Add Ins and click on it.<
