I'm using CANOE 13.0. I can't able to assign variables or values to tools symbols as my database is not seen over there. Attached screenshot

Once I clicked to panel designer option unde tools tab I get this tab after I cliced file-new and saved the file to my current project I can\'t able to see the database file
