How can i give static IP addresses to devices from 192.168.1.0 255.255.0 network and find my devices' MAC adress in packet tracer?

Hey i built a network and i want to give my devices IP addresses from 192.168.1.0 255.255.0 network. And find their mac adresses. How can i do that ?
