Binary entropy loss (BCEWithLogitsLoss) do not converge in Pytorch, but does in Tensorflow 1.14

Question

I reimplement my code https://github.com/zhihou7/VCL in Pytorch. However, I find the new code https://github.com/zhihou7/VCL_Pytorch does not converge. I have checked the tw
