The $(Build.ArtifactStagingDirectory) variable's value changes when deploying a build in Azure DevOps Pipelines

I have a DACPAC deployment task which is failing, because for some reason the value of the $(Build.ArtifactStagingDirectory) pipeline variable is changing betwe
