Is there an apply type function in R to generate samples of different sizes from a vector?

Question

Let\'s say that I have two vectors x=c(1:10), y=c(20:30) and two more larger length vectors let\'s say n1=c(100:200), n2=c(200:300).

I want to get samples (with repla
