Is is safe on an Intel Matrix Linux fake RAID using dmraid to change the UUID of a member disk?

Using Intel Matrix on mother board, Linux, Debian Buster, and dmraid (as advised by Debian docs). The derived, mapped partitions in some cases ended up with the same UUID as
