NGINX + FCGI in C -> Http POST with large File and very BIG Reply. Do I have to use multiple READs and WRITEs?

here is the Situation. I have to develop a FCGI-Application that has to handle Requests with about 150MB Payload as HTTP-POST-Request, that will Reply with Data about 150MB
