Transpose a Dataframe with grouped values as colnames

Question

I have a Dataframe with 3 cols: var (1), freq (2), ausgabe (3).

x 3 10
y 5 10
z 2 10
q 7 20
r 4 20
x 5 20

...

But what I actually nee
