Tensorflow Serving docker image not alwasy accessible when making a gRPC call

Question

I have deployed a Deep Learning VM Image on Google Cloud Compute Engine (https://cloud.google.com/deep-learning-vm). The VM I have deployed has a Tesla K80 GPU, with CUDA 10
