Gstreamer qtdemux reading from appsrc working in SEEKABLE mode but not RANDOM_ACCESS

I have a pipeline in which a qtdemux reads its input from an appsrc. When the appsrc is in SEEKABLE mode, the pipeline works fine, but in RANDOM_ACCESS mode, It reads a bunc
