ImportError: libcudart.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Question

I tried below code and getting the ImportError: libcudart.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

I am using cuda-10.0 torch-1.4.0 mmdet-1
