local machine apache2 vhost with reverse proxy is not accepting connection from cloudflare proxy for my domain

My goal is to connect with my domain theircynthia.com I have A; AAAA; and CNAME records set up in cloudflare respectively with my public IPs: 99.138.111.42; 2600:1702:0:4270
