“##[error]Command failed with errors on Ansible machine” even if playbook recap has no failed tasks

Iam using ansible task in azure devops release pipeline, The stage is tagged as failed in ADO even if the Play Recap has no Failed tasks.if i uncheck the "Fail on STDEr
