How to change language in Facebook login page or dialog?

I have a problem for a long time, I don\'t figure out where the problem is. My own app and this Hackbook Demo app have the same situation when auth dialog popup. No matter

Its a Facebook-level issue. check this :

the problem is :

"On initial login using Facebook, the dialog asking the user to authorize this application is displayed in seemingly random languages.. Only Happens when user is connected over Wifi."
