Python: Interpolating Data based on certain column to fill missing values

Question

I have the following data

The columns to interpolate are LAST_6M_TTL_FMLA_Q and LAST_6M_SAME_TRN_W_FMLA_Q. The rows that are in bold font are the ones with va
