How to draw Rectangle area using coordinates on XY Scatter chart through Interop Excel | C#

I want to draw 4 quadrants on XY Scatter chart using C# interop. I have build XY Scatter chart on excel using C# but I don\'t know how to plot rectangle area using XY points
