Loss function analysis on the R-sixSigma ss.data.ca giving wrong k value

Question

I ran a loss function analysis with ss.lfa on the r-SixSigma ss.data.ca( filling wine bottles). I got k to be 0.0125 instead of 0.125 when I calculated the K value manually
