AWS Redshift Terraform module: redshift_subnet_group_name

Question

I use the AWS Redshift Terraform module, https://github.com/terraform-aws-modules/terraform-aws-redshift. I got the error below. Error: InvalidClusterSubnetGroupStateFault:
