Azure Kubernetes .NET Core 3.1 SSH.NET sftp client Socket read operation has timed out after 30000 milliseconds

I have an asp.net core 3.1 web api project that is running in Azure Kubernetes. I am trying to make an SFTP connection to an external server but I get a "Socket read op
