How to change assemblyName from commandline using msbuild for a sol. with Multiple projeccts?

i tried this but did\'nt work >>msbuild /t:publish /p:PublishDir="C:\\Users\\Desktop\\test_Publish\\new" /property:AssemblyName=fwa_test

tried with qu
