Periodically making a GNUradio flowdiagram to run for 10 seconds, stop and then repeat the cycle

Question

I need to find a way to run a flowdiagram for 5 seconds, stop for a few seconds and then resume recording for 5 seconds. I want to repeat this until the program is terminate
