CDN returns 502 when request is OPTIONS(nginx+apache)

Question

I have varnish on port 80, apache on port 8080 and port 8081 and nginx as a reverse proxy for https(443) going to port 80(varnish).

NGINX(443 proxy) -> VARNISH(80)
