jenkins pipleline build error:Cannot open assembly 'MSBuild.exe': No such file or directory

Question

I want to use jenkins pipeline and sonarqube to analysis code. Both jenkins and sonarqube are running in docker.I followed manual:https://docs.sonarqube.org/latest/analysis/
