Confused about increasing disk size for ubuntu installation (dual boot on different drives)

I have a laptop with 2 drives.

  • SSD, 512 GB, windows installed
  • HDD, 1TB, I split this one 700GB/200GB for my ubuntu dual boot a long time ago
