I want to pass the screenshot I'm taking with the win32 api into OpenCV cv2.matchTemplate

I can get cv.imshow to show the screenshots, but can\'t get it to work with cv.matchTemplate. I have tried to cv.imread the screenshot, and just pass in screenshot to cv.mat
