Script runs in perpetuity with no error when multiprocessing. Single core CPU/mem limit reached even when total system is not maxed out? (BTC bounty)

I have a script that worked in multiprocessing before it was expanded to include more calculations per process. Now it will not run. Its 150k lines of proprietary code so
