Tflite model inference returns RuntimeError: ValidateBoxes(decoded_boxes, num_boxes) was not true

Question

I successfully train ssd_mobilenet_v1 _fpn_640x640_coco17 tpu-8 model with Tensorflow 2.3.1, then convert to tflite successfully with the latest version of tf-nightly, but d
