Cypress controlled Chrome does not render site due to ““This site can’t provide a secure connection” … ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT”

Setup:

• WSL2
• Chrome 88
• SelfSigned Cert
• SelfSignedRootCA and IssuingCA imported into Chrome and into WSL Distro store.
• Next.js
