how to deploy django that has numpy and tensorflow libraries using apache2 on aws?

I\'m using apache2 to server my django wsgi. In my 000-default.conf file I\'ve wrote WSGIApplicationGroup %{Global}%. BUt still the site is only loading. How to do it?
