Could not load file or assembly 'Data, Version = 1.0.0.0, Culture=netural, PublickKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies

Question

I am a relative beginner with C#/Visual Studio, so am hitting this problem which I simply cannot seem to fix.

I have a solution that contains (among other things) the
