Spring Boot MicroService with HikariCP and JPATransatcion Manager is not working for POST Service

Question

I have 2 SCHEMAS in Oracle DB - "SCHEMA-1" & "SCHEMA-2" I have 2 Libraries, one connecting to "SCHEMA-1" and using its Entities and another
