In Ha Proxy how to restrict access to /web but allow other paths which starting /web/xxxxx/xxxx

i have a scenario where i have to block the URLS which specific to /web but allow the URLS to /web/xxx or /web/xxxx/xxx

how can i achive this in Ha Proxy .
