scrapyd 127.0.0.1:6800 working but curl schedule.json “invalid argument invokeWebRequest parameterBindingException”

I am on windows 10. http://127.0.0.1:6800/ is working and can see available projects deployed.

The following commands are working and showing status 200 and return co
