When building a Haskell Reader Arrow, what implementation of “ask” gets rid of the extraneous parameter?

Just got started with Arrows yesterday. As an exercise, I decided to try to build a "Reader Arrow" analogous to Control.Monad.Reader.Reader. I\'ve cal
