I have a correct password in Mysql 8.0.22 Ubuntu 20.04. But can't connect to Worckbench and Java

I can use Mysql 8.0.22 in the terminal but can\'t connect to Workbench and Java (Netbeans 8.2). Java and Mysql notify me acces denied to root@localhost. Thanks!
