Load GeoJSON into GeoPandas Dataframe - desformated or gives `raise a TypeError`

Question

I\'m trying to load a simple geojson feature to geopandas but, I want to keep all info (properties and other popupinfo) within the geometry. The result, either with GeoSeries or
