VISUAL BASIC: Error: 'MySqlConnection' is not defined. (“Imports MySql.Data.MySqlClient” error and wont work)

Question

i got this error when i try connecting my program to mysql. MySql.Data doesn\'t show on .NET reference so i browse it. after i add the .dll file, i still got this error.
