Handle Concurrency with EF 6 in an ASP.NET MVC and Oracle 11g

Question

Currently i am using asp.net mvc 5 and enity frame work 6, i am also using Oracle 11g databse, i followed the tutorial on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/mvc/overview/ge
